Job brief<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a competent Help desk technician<\/strong> to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company\u2019s reputation and business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician<\/strong> or other customer support role<\/li>
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control<\/li>
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products<\/li>
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues<\/li>
  • Proficiency in English<\/li>
  • Excellent communication skills<\/li>
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered<\/li>
  • BSc\/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
